As a Brokerage, we check availability with many providers and show our clients all the telecom options available at their locations. In addition, we are able to negotiate pricing amongst the carriers which results in a lower cost for our customers than they could get dealing with a direct sales representative. There is NO additional cost by going through us to get service with any telecom provider we represent.

2) Save Time:
      A) Sales Process - Do you have time to meet with 10 different representatives of 10 different carriers, receive and decipher their quotes, taxes, fees, surcharges and then negotiate the best price? We offer negotiated pricing information on every carrier we represent and our proposals provide approximations for all taxes, surcharges and fees which differ per carrier. This gives our customers a complete, “Apples to Apples” comparison to decide which carrier offers the overall best solution and price.
      B) Customer Support - Have you ever been on hold for 30+ minutes trying to reach your carrier to fix something and finally get someone on their first day who is unable to help? We have direct contacts to escalate any trouble tickets our customers open with any of our carriers. We also open tickets for our customers.

3) Long Term Business Relationship: As we are compensated by the carriers and make a monthly residual based on our customers paying for the service they have chosen, our income derives directly from keeping our customer’s satisfied. We will assist in outages, billing errors or any issue you have with the carrier we set you up with. In certain extreme cases, we have assisted getting our customers out of the contract we put them in to move them to a superior carrier/solution. We strive to offer the best telecom advice and professional support for as long as our customers need telecom services.
